QUICK START IN 4 EASY STEPS

 

 

STEP-BY-STEP BUYING GUIDE

  1. Customer browses through the online shops for their favourite item.

  2. Complete the Shopping Request Form and email us for processing.

  3. We will contact the online seller for availability of product.

  4. Once confirmed, we will send payment request to customer.

  5. Customer makes 1st payment to us. (Item price + domestic shipping) x 10% service fee

  6. We proceed to purchase item from seller upon receiving 1st payment.

  7. When item arrived, we will do a quality check, repack & weigh.

  8. A picture of the item will be taken and emailed to customer. 

  9. Customer makes 2nd payment to us for EMS International Shipping.

  10. Upon receiving 2nd payment, we will ship the item to customer and advice on the tracking ID.
