STEP-BY-STEP BUYING GUIDE

  1. Customer browses through the online shops for their favourite items.

  2. Complete the Shopping Request Form and email us for processing.

  3. Once processed, we will email payment request to customer.

  4. Customer remit 1st Payment to us. (Item price + domestic shipping) x 10% service fee

  5. We proceed to purchase items from sellers upon receiving 1st Payment.

  6. When items arrived, we will perform a quality check, repack & weigh.

  7. A picture of the item will be taken and emailed to customer. 

  8. Customer remit 2nd Payment to us for EMS International Courier Shipping.

  9. Upon receiving 2nd payment, we will ship the item to customer and advice on EMS tracking number.
