Q1.  What is your service all about?
We basically help you to purchase from China’s online shopping marketplaces namely taobao.com, paipai.com and eachnet.com.   These shopping marketplaces have thousands of items at low prices.  However, they do not accept international payment and websites are in Chinese language.  Therefore we are here to provide you as an intermediary to make it possible for you to purchase your favourite items.

Q3.  Do you help to check on the quality for items that I buy?
Yes.  Our team will perform a quality check for every item received as part of our service.  We will even take a digital photo for you when the items reached us.  Then only we will repack and weigh them.

  
Q4.  Can I purchase items from different sellers?
Yes you can.  When sellers deliver your items to us, we will help you to combine all of them for your international shipping.  In this case you will definitely enjoy more savings on International Shipping.

 

Q5.  Can I purchase different items from the same seller and combine the domestic shipping?
Yes.  In most cases, you are able to combine the domestic shipping from the same seller.  However, sometimes you may have to pay a little more for the additional items. 

 
Q6.  What payment options do you offer?
We now offer payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via Malaysia’s local banks, Singapore Dollar (SGD) via Singapore's local bank and also US Dollar (USD) payments via Paypal. For payments via Paypal, there will be an additional 4% charge on the total price. 

 

Q7. What about the currency exchange rate for the items that I buy in Chinese Yuan (RMB)?
We will convert all your purchases made in Chinese Yuan (RMB) based on our bi-weekly exchange rates which is updated on Mondays.  All rates will be stated clearly in the Invoice.

 

Q8.  Which international shipment services do you use?
We use EMS International Courier shipment by China Post.  You can now enjoy 50% discounts from the official published rates.

 

Q9.  How long will it take for me to receive my goods?
Generally, you will receive your items in around 8-9 working days for the whole process.  Domestic shipping will take around 2-3 days to reach us and International Shipping will take around 5-7 working days.  We will email you with details of your International Shipping and then you can track them online.
