QUALITY CHECK (QC)

We perform Quality Check (QC) for all our outgoing parcels to customers. Here are some pictures that illustrated our efforts in indentifying faulty items sent by sellers to us.

Blouse was found not sewn properly and we exchanged them back with seller for a new one.

 

Jacket was found already worn! Collar was stained and we quickly sent them back for refund.

White shirt was found with grey patches and white paint. Refunded totally back to seller after much explanation.

 

Blouse collar was found one side bigger than the other. Sent back to seller for a new piece.

 

* Do note that for all refunds or exchange with sellers, there is a local delivery fee involved and customers will have to bear this fee incurred.
