TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

 

  1. We will not be responsible for any incomplete or incorrect information provided by customers in the Shopping Request Form.  Therefore, customers are advised to ensure all information provided is correct and true.

  2. All customers who filled in the Shopping Request Form are deemed serious buyers and only serious buyers will be entertained.

  3. Only requests made with payment will be processed by us.  Payments can be made in either Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via Malaysia's Banks, Singapore Dollar (SGD) via Singapore's Bank or US Dollar (USD) via Paypal.  For payments via Paypal, there will be an additional 4% charge on the total price purchased.

  4. No cancellation or refund of payment is permitted once requests are being processed by us.

  5. We will not be responsible for any custom duties and taxes from China to destination country should such charges occur.  This will be solely borne by customer.

  6. We will not be responsible for any confiscation or disposal of item by custom in the event the item is considered prohibited.  Therefore, we advise customers to avoid purchasing any prohibited item.

  7. We will not be responsible for any counterfeit item purchased by customers.  Therefore, customers are advised to do thorough research on the item before purchasing them.

  8. We will not be responsible for any lost or delay in parcel after posting it out to customers as it is purely logistic issues which is totally beyond our control.  However, we will assist where possible to investigate from origin side.

  9. We will not be responsible for warranty on purchase of electronics item.  However, we will test out the item before shipping out to customers.

  10. For return of item, customers will have to bear all shipping cost incurred for the return and also sending of new item as there is no refund of payment for all the initial payment made to us.

  11. Exchange rates by us are subject to change without prior notice.  However, at present the exchange rates will be fixed on a bi-weekly basis on Mondays.  Customers who make payments to us will have to observe the bi-weekly exchange rate and not the rate when they first requests for our service.
